Background

Elaine has always loved mosaics and was greatly inspired by the works of Kaffe Fassett and Candace Baharth. She uses antique glass because she feels it’s much too pretty to be kept hidden away in cupboards and buffets. Thus she created a medium where light interplay’s with pieces of the antique glass, as their designs sparkle as the light changes throughout the day. She teaches at the Montessori School in Snohomish and is trying to raise three bossy parrots.
